End User Software License Agreement

This software is Copyright (c) 2002-2013 by Chocksett Software. All rights reserved.

This is a legal agreement between you, the "end user," and Chocksett Software, author of this shareware. Use of this software indicates your acceptance of these terms:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
You are hereby granted the right to use the software on a single computer for as many licenses as you purchase. The software is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory. You may not modify the software or disable any licensing or control features of the software except as an intended part of the software's programming features. When you first obtain a copy of the software, you are granted an evaluation period of not more than 30 days, after which time you must pay for the software according to the terms and prices discussed in the software's documentation, or you must remove the software from your system. This license is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual. You are expected to use the software on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the software will perform to your satisfaction.

2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This license does not transfer any ownership of the software to you.

3. NON PERMITTED USES.
You may not translate, reverse program, disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the software.

4. REVERSE ENGINEERING.
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the software in whole or in part.

5. NO WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED TO YOU "AS-IS," AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CHOCKSETT SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT INFRINGE ANY RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
In no event shall Chocksett Software's liability related to any of the software exceed the license fees, if any, actually paid by you for the software. Chocksett Software shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
This is the entire agreement between you and Chocksett Software which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
